Daily challenge completed - 148 reps

5 sets of
1 pause overhead squat
1 overhead squat

6 sets of
1 high hang snatch
1 hang snatch
1 snatch

2 rounds of: in 5 min
30x 10m shuttle sprint
Then as many rounds as possible of
3 squat snatch
6 burpee over bar

Got a total of 60 reps + the sprints
