This is great motivation for me! Thank you for sharing. I’m not really wanting to lose much weight, but I do want to make healthy choices, feel energized, and not eat until I feel like I can’t move (which I am very guilty of). I am definitely going to start listening to my body more.

It's so easy to let that feeling be the "norm", but once you learn to get used to the light, energized feeling there's almost no going back! I think a lot of people may think I still eat this way to "diet" but honestly I just love the way it makes me feel. Hope you love the feeling as well! :)
