I eat "keto-ish" but IF pretty much every day, and yep... When I want a burger and fries I HAVE IT. Ben and Jerry? Come with me...
Weight stable as a rock, the blood sugar issues I once had are gone. I am not "perfect" about IF or keto, but just being halfway serious has brought a lot of health benefits!
