You're A Drum

Do you know why apes and other primates beat their chests, & why it's highly beneficial for us to do it too?
(video demonstration below)

The upper torso (ribs, heart, collarbone) are where life energy is manifested and stored in the body. It's also these areas which are highly responsible for the well-being and strengthening of your immune system.

Did you know that pounding your chest with your fists, stimulates the stagnant energies in your chest area /heart chakra /thymus gland? (Firm, but not harmful pounding).

Keep in mind that the glands in your body are also what most call, chakras. They produce and release hormones.

Lots of environmental pollution and other toxins, tend to be stored in the spleen, lungs, etc. By stimulating these areas, you are sending out vibrations which shake out the filth.

Using short, rapid, and exaggerated exhalation, combined with sound to every beat, is the key.

Haaa for the heart region.
Hooo for the rib cage region.
Heee for the collarbone region.

Continue for 10-20 minutes, when you rise with the sun.

The Internal Organ Stretch is as simple as spreading your arms and legs out so your body makes an X-shape, while exhaling and leaning back as far as comfortable.

For The Torso-Pounding, follow the vibration of your voice to hear and feel what part of your body is being affected, and pound lightly in that area.

Just feel how it cleanses out the lungs, after the very first time...

We see primates do it, and find it to be silly- but what we see and what they are doing, are two completely different things.

They're actively strengthening the immune system through sounds and vibrations.

Music is the lenguage of our body: yesss!!

Thanks for this!
D.

Yea that makes perfect sense. Thinking about it, we humans even do it sometimes when we're coughing and the result is usually mucus coming up. Doing it with some structure has to have some benefits.
& the chakras relation to the organs is something more people should be privy to...that kind of information makes things like the chakra system more relatable to the average joe.
Resteemed ya

Very well put :D thank you!
