Cháo Hà thủ ô
Lấy chừng 30-60g hà thủ ô sắc ra nước đặc, vào 100g gạo tẻ, vài quả táo lớn, đường phèn vừa đủ. Sau đó chúng ta ninh thành cháo.
Tác dụng : giúp bổ thận, chống lão hóa, bổ huyết. Phù hợp cho người bị suy thận, váng đầu, ù tai, suy nhược thần kinh, râu tóc bạc sớm. Phòng ngừa và hỗ trợ điều trị cao huyết áp, xơ hóa động mạch.Cháo đậu tương
Chúng ta lấy đậu tương tươi và gạo tẻ mỗi thứ 100g, đường phèn vừa đủ. Đem nấu tất cả thành cháo.
Tác dụng: tốt cho người cao tuổi, suy nhược. Giúp phòng ngừa và hạn chế cao huyết áp, xơ vữa động mạch, bệnh mạch vành.

cách nấu: Ngó sen rửa sạch thái miếng, hồng đào rửa sạch, gạo vo sạch. Cho tất cả vào nồi, đổi vừa nước , ninh tất cả thành cháo. Tiếp theo, cho đường vào và đánh tan cho cháo sánh.
