Seven Foods That Can Help You Looking Ever Youth

There are some foods that really help you to make the process of increasing your age slow and also help you looking ever youth. It is rare to find out a person who doesn’t want to show his/her age less than he/she is. Making a shape of age on human face mostly depends on human food habit. There are many people who are young in age but a shape of oldness has been drawn on their face. There are some other kinds of people who look like young in the face though they are old in age. All those happen because of food habit.

1. Garlic

It has been shown in a research of King College of London that Garlic is very helpful to reduce Osteoarthritis of human body and Oil of garlic is beneficial for Heart. Garlic also helps to decrease blood pressure. In another research of China it has been shown that one kind of element that contains in garlic is beneficial for Liver, as a result, it makes slow the process of increasing age.

2. Oyster

In different countries it is common to have Oyster. Oyster eating enhances the glamour of skin mostly. Oyster contains mineral zinc which is beneficial for skin. If any wound of your body doesn’t dry, then increase the amount of zinc that will work fast in your body. So, it can be said that if you want to increase the glamour of your skin, you have to eat Oyster in a huge amount.

3. Berry Fruit

Almost all kinds of Berry Fruit include anti-oxidant which protects the health of cells of our body and works as an antidote of many different diseases. Black Berry helps to protect cancer and diabetics. Even as much as the berry fruit will be black, the amount of antioxidant will increase. Blue Berry increases the power of memory, reviews different kinds of pain and destroys the cancer cells. Besides all kinds of Berry Fruit contain a huge amount of Vitamin-C which is much beneficial for skin. It is said in a research of Maryland Medical Center University that containing vitamin-c of berry fruit not only destroys the dead cells of skin but also protects the cancer of skin that helps to slow the gradual increase of age.


4. Tomato

Tomato is helpful to reduce all process of increasing age. Tomato contains a huge amount of nutritious elements that stay unchanged even after cooking. It is said in a research that if you eat a huge amount of tomato, heart diseases, cancer and Osteoporosis will come under control.

5. Egg


Many people think that containing a high level of cholesterols egg is not suitable for health. But a group of some young researcher of Eyel University says, Eating 1 egg in a day regularly is good for heart diseases. Cholesterols never riches in egg or don’t cause any kind of harm. Rather egg containing different nutritious elements and antioxidant help to keep the youth of body.

6. Codfish 


Codfish or Salmon fish contains omega3 and fatty acid which helps to reduce cancer of body and mental pressure. Besides containing animal Protein in this fish make the process of increasing age slow.

7. Nuts 

A concept is expressed that like egg nuts are able to increase the weight of a body. But its reality is some unfounded because there is a possibility to increase weight by eating any kind of food in a huge amount. Eating 3-4 nuts in a day is suitable for health. It fills the demand of selenium which increases the brightness of skin and makes the process of increasing of age slowly.
