NATURAL WAY OF INCREASING HEMOGLOBIN LEVEL IN BODY

Hemoglobin is a part of Red Blood Cell cell which transport oxygen throughout the body. mainly hemoglobin is a iron rich protein.

Normal range of HB count is
14 - 18 g/dl in adult men
12 -16 g/dl in women's

If the level of hemoglobin get low the person suffer from Anemia
Anemia is caused as the RBC count is low and are unable to make iron into protein called hemoglobin.

Symptoms of Anemia :-

Dizziness.
Fatigue
Decreased energy.
Shortness of breath.

Allow me to expand on this.
Cook your food in iron skillets or other iron ware.
This is true medical advice ( I am a physician).
Iron deficiency will never be a concern.

very true! I always battled anemia until we started using cast iron pots. Now I hardly have a problem anymore..
