I really am so sorry for what your wife and you are going through at this point in time, not to mention the other BS I have seen you (too) subjected to by some asswipes on this blockchain at a time in your life where you really could have used the opposite.
There are no words fit for such circumstance, but I do hope that you find and hold tight to the inner strength that you need to walk this road forward. My mom had breast cancer and passed away in June 2020 so I can relate a little bit to the pain you are experiencing.
