hello steemians!!!....i would like to share to you the health benefits of "rambutan" you probably did not know before.
yesterday we went to our uncles place in calinan , they harvested their rambutan fruits in their farm and we are so excited to see how plenty those fruits so we could also bring some at home...
The Nephelium Laapaceum or simply known as "rambutan" is a small red hairy fruit on the outside and has a white sweet and juicy flesh on the inside.it is commonly mistaken as lychee because of the similarity of their flesh. To this day rambutan fruit has spread to other parts of the world particularly in America, australia and india.
The good thing is that rambutan health benefits isnt exclusive from its fruit,there are also some from the rind, the bark as well as on its leaves.

• Reduces unwanted fats
• Assist on removing waste from the kidneys
• Makes the bones stronger
and after the harvest we brought big pale full of rambutan to our way home.....yesss.!!!
