Unleash the Beast

in #health4 years ago (edited)

Release the monster,

You are your biggest rival.

By the moment you realize it,

You become a beast. ⚡

What are you waiting

to start training?

Hey...

Look at me,

All things are possible for the ones who believe! 👊
🥋

Para Jiu Jitsu has grown a lot lately !

🌎

Yesterday was tough !

I wanted to make it work.
Put some pressure
Show them it’s real, and prove my word.
Faith, persistence and strength.
Away from the underworld.

Solte o monstro.

Você é seu maior rival.
Realize isso,

E torne-se uma fera

Pois,
Pra quem tem vontade,

O impossível é só questão de opinião!

☝️

Hey...

🥋

O que falta pra vc começar a treinar?

O Para Jiu-jitsu tem crescido muito!

🏆

Ninguém sabia, eu quero todo mundo mudo.
Vai botando a fé no submundo.
Tal hora tu vai acabar tomando um susto.

🇧🇷

Ontem foi forte!

If you have will you definitely are most of the way there.

If you have a dream and willpower you can achieve anything you want

The only thought (besides RIGHT ON) is that you don’t train para jiujitsu, you train jiu jitsu like the rest of us and are an animal. Big, small, strong, weak, young, old, ptsd, law enforcement, preschool teacher, or otherwise. We are all different with our own preconceived limitations. Jiu jitsu shows us the limitations are only in our minds and our paths are our own. The hardest belt to get is white and to decide to step on the Matt is the most daunting.

Otherwise, if your story inspires one one person to start training, that is victory. We need more animals like you.

Ossssss.

Thank you very much @zachpickleman !

It makes me glad to read a comment like yours.

One of the things Jiu-jitsu has taught me was the importance of keep strong mindset, specially during trainings. And how it changes everything, since our daily development, routine, and consequently, the medals.

Like you said, doesn’t matter who or how we are atm. By the time we understand every kind of development requires time and dedication, and get that “this recipe” is applicable to ALL humans, there’s no second thought when it comes to the effects of constant focus on self-improvemt ! 👍
OSS! 👊

Have always wanted this perfect body shape but after a month of working out I just feel lazy and opt out😣😪

Ha! Thanks, but don’t give up, just take your time.

After some months training, it becomes fundamental.

The Days are better When you workout 🏋️‍♀️ 👌
😃
