Protein supplements can help you synthesize muscle tissue to bulk up, no doubt about it. That fact is well documented across several pieces of scientific literature. What people tend to misunderstand is that your body can only absorb so much of the protein you ingest. Drinking 17 protein shakes in a day is not going to turn you into Arnold on its own. Frequent and appropriately intense training accompanied by an acceptable amount of protein can and will produce desired results in most people.

Any source of protein do it. And yes consuming a lot of protein without working out is like trying to build a house without construction workers. Thanks, I appreciate it
