Smoking makes you a rotten man. It is not a status symbol for guys. Research has it that there are over 4000 chemicals in a stick of cigarette, few of them are:
Formalin mostly used in the preservation of biological specimen (school laboratories and hospitals).
Acetone (finger nail remover) a colourless volatile and flammable substance found in the body after vomiting or during diabetes (medical dictionary).
Tar a black oily, sticky, viscous substance, consisting mainly of hydrocarbons derived from organic material such as coal, wood, peat (English dictionary).
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Though tempting, but does not make a guy. Too much is poisonous to the liver, kidney, heart, brain, your health and can cause infertility (when there's alcohol in the system the liver excretes alcohol dehydrogenase which detoxifies the alcohol and in turn causes low sperm motility and maturation).
DRUGS
SOURCE
This could be from a chemist or from a drug dealer. Always take only prescribed drugs. Do not use expired drugs left in your medicine cupboard no matter how critical the situation is, you might complicate issues, avoid drugs like heroin, hashish etc which are all dangerous.
Don't do drugs. Drug abuse is deadly!

you know i sometimes in the past wrote a research work on the dangers of smoking and when i was done i was very sad and full of pity for smokers... and one question kept playing through my mind which was..is it that smokers have no idea about what they do to their bodies? and then i remembered even the pack states that smokers are liable to die young....its all so saddening

But one thing done on me, which is ADDICTION.
When you're addicted to something, it takes only the grace of God to abstain.
