Great post I use olive, coconut and the Kerrygold butter haven't really tried the avocado just yet I do eat avocados though. Great source of Omega 3 and other minerals. I started some time ago watching a video of Dr. Sebi a great source of material for learning about electric foods such as grains and herbs to go with these oils. Keep the bodies pH levels high and your body will run like a well-oiled machine.
