I LOVE coconut. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Put it in on my skin, I'd swim in it if I could! Coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut milk, coconut water ALL awesome! I made a vegan cake once with coconut cream blended with banana and it tastes better than full fat dairy whipped cream! Thanks for your post.
