Hii friends πŸ˜„πŸ˜„. Today l am gonna share some tips for Health. We all know that Health is very important for us. So to be healthy we have to eat healthy food .
Dates is popularly know as dates Palm (khajoor) in Hindi,Tawarikh in Arabic. It is very good in taste.l love it πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. Dates is a flowering plant species from the palm family. It is usually cultivated for its sweet fruit .

The leaves of the dates tree are 4 to 6 meters in length with spines that have about 150 leaflets. The seeds of the fruit are soaked and ground for animal feed. Their oil is used in cosmetics and soaps. The seeds at time are also added as on additive to coffee beans.

Dates are especially rich in vitamins B6, Aand K. Their help in bone development and improve eye health.
The fiber in dates enhance intestinal health. It also stomach and colon cancers.
Their improve the metabolism and immunity as well. Folate is good in pregnancy . This all are denefit of dates .
