Well first essential oils are just natural oils that are from seeds and some plants, and these oils do have some very good health benefits and whats great is that you can just put some on your skin or just add to your bath water or ingesting as a supplement in and capsule form and here are a few very good essential oils first we have Chamomile oil and this oil is very good for your skin you see it helps with like blemishes and acne plus also inflammation,and chamomile tea is great just before bed or the oil form is good to put under your pillowcase for a little stress relief and a very good nights rest,you see chamomile is really one of the oldest and also the most used medicinal plant in the world too.
