Well herbal teas have been around it seems like forever but when you think about it they are not really teas you see real teas are made from like the leaves like green tea or like black tea,and herbal teas are made from dried fruits and flowers and spices or herbs thats why they can come in many different flavors and tis is why they are good to use i stead of those sugary drinks,and the best part is some have very good health benefits too,and modern science now has found evidence to support there use for health benefits, now here are just a few first we have Chamomile tea and two studies have shown that this tea can hekp with sleep issues,plus as and added benefit it has antibacterial and also anti inflammatory
Properties too,and just may help women with premenstrul symptoms also.
