Then we have like Peppermint tea and i have found this tea to be used more than just about all other teas yoh see it helps your digestive tract and has antioxidant and anti cancer plus like antibacterial a d antiviral properties also,so like when you have some digestive issues try some peppermint tea also good for cramping and nausea too,then we have ginger tea which is very good a little spicy many antioxidants ,and can help with inflammation also and help also with stimulating your immune system too,and ginger tea is may be the best for like nausea for people who are fighting like cancer and have nausea from the treatments plus is very good for motion sickness too,and some studies hae found that ginger tea may help with period pain.
