A very very important mineral to stay healthy and most of us do not get what we need which is 400mgs,you see it also helps with blood pressure dark chocolate is on the list of foods to have magnesium and avocados also nuts, black beans,dark greens like spinach,whole wheat.I saw where about 70% of us are magnesium deficiency which can cause alot of issues with our health.
