Organic toothpaste in 1 minute!(Flouride free!)

in #health7 years ago

Want some toothpaste that's organic, only has 3 ingredients, and DOESN'T contain any sodium flouride? One that whitens really well, and won't ruin your enamel?
Well with a few simple steps, 3 ingredients, and less than a minute of your time, you can make enough toothpaste to last for a week!
First, get some Organic, unrefined, extra virgin coconut oil.

Then get a 2oz ramikin, or some type of small container.
Take 2 Table spoons of the coconut oil, and scoop them into the container.

Next, you need pure baking soda.

Take 1 to 2 tea spoons of baking soda, and mix them thoroughly into the coconut oil that was scooped into the small container.

Next, you need Organic peppermint oil.

Add 7 drops of peppermint oil into your paste mix(that's inside your small container), and mix it thoroughly, or add up to 12 or more drops if you like it really minty. (I personally like it really really minty!)
And wala! You have Organic, healthy toothpaste that whitens, and leaves a refreshing minty taste in your mouth!
Refrigerate for more solidity.

Please resteem! Thank you :)
P.S. I personally believe that sodium flouride is not good for you. I believe that clinical studies show that calcium flouride MAY be beneficial to your dental health, but say nothing about sodium flouride.
I also believe that sodium flouride collects inside your pineal gland, that's probably a bigg no-no.

Great but amount of flouride in toothpaste is not dangerous for our health. We don't eat it.

Well, if I was told to put snake venom in my tooth paste I wouldn't do it, even a small amount.
I heard that sodium flouride is a biproduct of the aluminum smelting procces, and they have no where to dump the waste. what not a better place than our water supply & toothpaste.
Anyways this blog really just is based on some good ol DIY toothpaste. I've heard doctors say that coconut oil is really beneficial to the gums and teeth.
Thanks for your feedback tho. Give me an upvote lol

Cool, I upvoted you
