Deficiency of fluorine causes Dental caries (tooth decay) but excess of it is even more harmful. It can cause an array of abnormalities in the human body which is multi-systemic. I don't understand why the toothpaste manufacturing companies dump so much fluorine there especially considering the fact thst our teeth actually needs just micrograms of it.
It's good to take precaution each time we brush and ensure that we reduce the quantity of paste we swallow as much as possible.
Also, we should monitor young ones closely when they are brushing since they tend to swallow such much paste due to the deceptive sweet taste. Taking these steps can reduce the untoward events secondary to Fluorosis . This is a medical advice
That's not something I have ever seen proved. Have you?
This man wrote several books on his research identifying a covert depopulation program he alleges uses fluoridation as an endocrine disruption delivery system that effects fertility and reproduction levels drastically:

The thought of this alone is very scary😐😐
I haven't but that is what our lecturers have made us believe
I suggest watching this documentary and showing it to your lecturers:
So you mean all this while we have been taking in poisons believing it is doing what it is not doing??? omg!!
the 'fluoride' put in water supplies is not even pure fluoride, it is usually a different compound that is acquired as a by-product from the nitrate mining industry.
for me, all of this is one of the biggest scandals in human history.
But why are they doing it when they themselves, their families and their descendants will be affected too?
That's an assumption - it is possible to remove fluoride from water and you will if you know you need to. I remove it using a distillation process and then remineralise the water after.
