It's lovely to see the children sharing in the juicing process! I work with young children and I know they are capable of so much if you let them use those capabilities and act as a guide so they can grow to their greatest potential. I've just been introduced to the idea of Forest and Nature classrooms and feel that is where the greatest part of our learning should be.
