Easy way to get rid of belly fat

So many things can cause fat to be accumulated in one's body, as it ranges from person to person.

In this post, I'll give preparation of a drink that can help reduce fat, especially in the belly. But this works for reducing fat in all other parts of the body as well.

One thing I've noticed whenever I give this advice is that some people take this drink and expect to shed the fat overnight or in a matter of days doing nothing else. Just depending on this drink alone might not necessarily give you the results you desire.

In order to lose weight effectively, you need to :

-First, *Exercise 🏃🏾‍♀🏃🏿

-Secondly, avoid junk foods and avoid too much food 🍔🍟

-Avoid too much rest; put your mind and body to work

-Then take this drink

Belly fat reduction drink

Ingredients

Grated ginger

Cucumber

Lemon/lime

Mint leaves

Water.

Preparations
Grate the ginger and slice the cucumber, lime/lemon into small pieces.

Then put the ginger, sliced cucumber, lime, and mint leaves into a clean bottle of water.

Leave till the next day and drink whenever you are thirsty for a fast result.

It is also recommended that you take the drink in the morning on an empty stomach, and in the night before you go to bed.

Note, don't eat heavy meals at night especially after 6 pm. Instead, take only fruits when hungry at that time.

Do this continuously and see changes in your body especially your belly.

NB: Peppermint has been noted to have a negative effect on milk production for lactating mothers. Therefore to be safe, this drink is not recommended for lactating mothers.
