The green diet method

Basics: for two weeks, you will follow a menu consisting mainly of fruits and vegetables. The goal: clean your body and adopt new eating habits that exclude foods that hinder digestion.

Type menu:

Breakfast: orange juice + a slice of wholemeal bread topped with cream cheese or light jam.

Mid-morning: 1 yogurt or 1 fruit or cereal with skim milk

Lunch: vegetable soup + 1/4 chicken (without the skin) + tomato salad and lettuce + lightened gelatin.

Taste: tea or coffee with 2 rice biscuits topped with jam or dietetic cheese.

Before dinner: 1 fruit.
Dinner: vegetable soup + grilled fish fillet with pumpkin puree + 1 fruit.

What you can eat: all the fruits and vegetables that you like! You can also consume meat, starchy foods and dairy products (lightened). Banish sweets and alcohol instead.
