we all have ginger in many ways not only taste it is good for our health also. Ginger contain medicinal properties that are very beneficial for us. When we will a cold coming on ginger tea is best to take that time not only in cold you can have it just to warm up. If you have ginger water three times in a day it helps to reduce your weight and cleanse your body. it contain anti-aging properties. In study of Minnesota found that it may slow the growth of cancer cells. Ginger also helps us to improve our immunity system If we have bad cough or throat irritation It gives a good treatment. So friends have little bit of ginger everyday and take a step ahead to a healthy life.

gigner is in fact very beneficial but you can find even more nutritios in turmeric :) Best way is to consume both of them :)

Indeed, Ginger and Turmeric are actually in the same family, along with Galangal, all 3 are quite beneficial.

Thanks for the good info on ginger. The latest root I bought grew a bud in it, so I plan on planting it. From what I've read, it seems fairly easy to grow, and then I will have an endless supply for recipe ideas like yours.

i cook about 6 roots a week and keep the tea in the cooler. I drink a large glass a day. I died last year from a stent procedure gone wrong and im using an amino acid to clear out my arteries. Ginger tea is the only thing i have found that is processing this sludge from veins out the pee hole.

In my home town is used for ingredients herbal drink we call JAMU, and become Snack ginger candy, of we consum this our body becomes warm and feel relax..good post for our healthy

Wintergreen, licorice, cinnamon, tumeric, cumin, cayenne, or whatever you like. Boil longer for stronger. Strain well
I try a sweet with a spicy and sweeten with honey, lots of ice and enjoy all week.
