We can introduce these few things in our day to day life that could improve our health dramatically.

1.Wake up Early!

Yes, it could be a hard part for many but it has many health benefits, also you have an extra time for your daily work. It reduces the stress level by giving you more time, so no rush.

2.Breakfast

Many of us skips the most important meal of the day, just in a haste for work or for other reasons.
It has many benefits some would be, it improve the concentration power, you'll feel more powerful throughout the day, also it helps in maintaining the cholesterol level. So start eating your breakfast.

3.Exercise

Many of us or moreover only few of us are consistent to our health and do some regular exercises. Daily exercise helps in flexing our muscles. Exercise not only help you physically but also mentaly. With regular exercise you'll not only reduce weight but also reduce lots of stress and improved mental health. You'll be filled with energy throughout the day.

4.Eating

Some have a myth of considering dieting as to eat less, but in reality you can reduce weight by eating 5 times in a day than by eating just 3 times. Dividing your meal in small portion is more beneficial than to in larger ones. Also one should drink enough water to constantly hydrate its own body.

5.Sleep Early!

You should sleep early too. One should have good night sleep of around 7-8 hours. Sleeping can help you reduce weight and can release stress, plus a good night sleep is always beneficial for ones mood.

Change or introduce these 5 basic activities in your day to day routine and will see significant changes in your life, in other words BYE BYE DOCTOR.
