Music and its benefits

Hello, dear steemians. In my presentation I told them that I love music. I have a great musical selection that covers all genres. Many will wonder how this is possible, because very simple: music offers many benefits and all these genres have something relaxing, motivating and helps us for our health.

The music helps you:

  1. If you like to practice some sport music can help you with the rhythm to increase the level of resistance, genres such as pop and rock help you. Imagine running to the beat of Image Dragons, Metallica or Maroon Five.

  2. If you listen to music in another language, you can not only learn from their culture but you can also improve your vocabulary and learn another language. If you study and practice to play an instrument or you are in a choir, some studies say that you can make connections at the neural level. If we are trained in one of these two musical expressions we will have a better vocabulary and a greater ability to read.

  3. There are those who have learned to study with the television on, but as everyone knows this device can occupy an essential part of our senses such as sight and hearing, with music this does not happen, since we can do our homework with the tablet or With the computer. In the background we can listen to music while we develop our school or homework.

  4. Music helps us with our circulatory system. Some studies have shown that listening to music works the same as exercising and taking medication. According to this study the blood vessels dilate when we listen to pleasant music or make you laugh, but if you listen to music that you do not like this can be harmful because it can stress you and this causes your glasses to contract.

  5. Music helps you to relax when you are waiting for the bus, when you are in the queue of traffic, instead of bothering you, you must elaborate a musical selection that allows you to recreate a warm and peaceful atmosphere.

  6. Some sounds seem relaxing, for example listening to the sound of the rain with a cup of chocolate, tea or coffee; although, some people like the sound of birds singing, whales, or the ocean hitting a rock ... they are very relaxing, improving concentration and performance.

  7. When we feel a lot of pain music helps us to recover, to distract the pain. Some musical genres reduce the sensation of pain and somehow strengthens our immune system.
