RE: Doctor Doom!

I was reading an article that said insurance companies were making billions off supplemental dental plans because people aren't using them. One main reason the article failed to mention is that if you need two thousand worth in dental services, your plan covers fifty percent, the dental provider wants you to pay the whole two thousand up front and when they get the reimbursement they'll give you a thousand back.
You have shoulder pain try this, get a towel wet, either using hot water or stick it in a microwave and get it hot, not burning hot, put it where the pain is, let it cool down, and repeat that process several times. It expands and contracts the muscle to try loosen it back up. Here's something of a weird note of late. Back in 2021 I picked up a bundle of roofing shingles, I threw them over my shoulder and I think I compacted my muscles on that side of the body in the back shoulder area. It hurt like crazy, even went to therapy a few times. I couldn't use the hot/cold, hot/cold because of where it was located, and had no one around to lay it in that area. Though it would help using a heating pad turning it off and on but it never fully went away. I recently bought some collagen powder from Kappa Nutrition, getting older and hoping it would help relief joint pain in one of my knees. It has actually worked rather well and seems to be improving my back. Can't say for 100% because it's only been about three and half weeks but people lose collagen as they age, which helps keep your joints healthy. You can get it in tablet form, I think, but I bought the powder form of it because it had five different types of collagen versus three. You have to dissolve it in a liquid, I usually mix it in with milk in steel oat meal, cereal or a very slightly take the edge off the coldness in some milk as it doesn't dissolve well in really cold beverages. It's like twenty bucks delivered to your door.
