breakfast - special k cereal sprinkled with chia seed, 1% milk(no sugar added), apple, green tea
lunch - bacon, lettuce, tomato, mozza cheese, whole grain bread, toasted, bowl frozen home made peaches, yogurt
supper - minute steak, garlic toast with cheese, cabbage, onion, carrot, red wine vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, shredded hash browns, cinnamon bun :)
