Sleeping has a significant effect on Human’s health in general human have 7-9 hours of sleep in a day to have a healthy life. Your health is not dependent only on enough sleep along with that it is also extremely important to sleep in right position, The right sleeping position will not only resolve your health issues, but also help in improving your quality of sleep. If your sleeping posture is not right it will result in different problems like; blood pressure, sinus infections, pain in different body parts etc. Here are few sleeping positions we are discussing in this article that will help you to resolve some of the major health issues facing by all of us.
- Back Pain
