you wrote - I’m not sure where you are sourcing your information from that suggests meat is bad

Harvard Medical

World health organisation

WEb MD lists a ton more Studies

you might want to read the harvard med article you gave me because from your answer above it clearly shows that you did not read it !

you wrote - In addition, protein (lacking in a vegan diet), iodine, iron, zinc, & other vitamins & essential acids are found in meat

incorrect !!!

There are a ton of plant based protein sources

Vegan iodine

Iron

zink

As for essential acids your knowledge is antiquated Science has evolved and we now have our DHA and EPA from Algae this is not the 1980’s

also fatty15 newly discovered is totally plant based you need to keep up with the research

studies and articles pointing to keto being potentially dangerous longterm

The only links I could find that keto may be bad for the kidneys is in those people that ALREADY have kidney disease, NOT that keto can cause it and again the evidence is inconclusive.

Here a Harvard Study for you also I would recommend researching who funded your studies as several were funded by groups with financial; interest in the meat and dairy industry - it matter who funds these things !

Also AGAIN I am Vegan for ethical reasons
the meat and dairy industry is not only a brutal murder machine it is also the number one soil and water polluter , the number one reason for the deforestation of the middle and south american rain forests , the number one contributor top climate change and also a major player in world hunger - the resources it takes to produce one pound of meat can have 30 people eat a huge meal of rice and veggies an an individual shower for a week - I refuse to be part of such a world destroying toxic industry as i have a conscience

The Harvard link only suggests HIGH intakes of meat MAY be bad. It doesn't say meat is bad per se. The WHO I give no credibility whatsoever. They after all are the same organisation that said there was nothing to worry about when COVID was first reported in the news. They are the same organisation that not once spoke out against the 'food pyramid' that came out in the early 1990's and proceeded to make anyone that adhered to it obese.

And to clarify, I am not saying a vegan diet can't be healthy, only that in itself a vegan diet does not provide all the necessary nutrients and so needs to be supplemented. Here's 7 to kick you off https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/7-nutrients-you-cant-get-from-plants#7.-Taurine

As regards your reference to algae I find that amusing. If ever I am unable to purchase meat I'll be sure to visit my fish aquarium to scrape some off the glass to put on my food. And likewise, how the production of dairy products is a 'murder machine' is beyond me. I'll bear that in mind next time I drink my next glass of milk (which mind you I have drunk by the gallon since I was a little tacker and have been healthy all my life well into my 50's). So don't bother linking me to articles that claim its bad for you. But you can have your margarine in place of butter. Its natural color is grey (like motor oil) and is made from similar products. I'll continue to enjoy lashings of butter on my food. Not only is it better for me but it tastes way better too. In fact, while I'm on the topic, I'll let you in on a little secret - its fat that gives food its taste (think of that when your chewing on your next piece of celery).

In summary, animals were put on this earth for us humans to eat and enjoy. Trees were planted so we could use the wood to make houses and horse carts and so on. And don't get me started on 'climate change' ha. This has been debunked by leading scientists many times over. Sure, there may be some more pollution as the world's population increases but god made a world that can sustain that. You left wing 'greenies' as we refer to them in Australia would have us all living as hermits sitting in front of fires (oh wait, we can't burn wood can we?) in a world over grown with trees and rampaged by cattle.

It's not me that needs to do some research..

LOL, you assume I eat margarine yuck ... that being said to produce milk you have to impregnate cows every year. This is done artificially. the baby is then taken from the mother who cries for weeks for her baby but never sees it again. Most most babies are killed on the spot often just left on a pile to die - the few semi lucky one get chosen to be raised for meat and live maybe a yaer in horrible conditions. The female babies are put on lots where they live in little doghouses until they are big enough to be impregnated - a cows natural lifespan is 20-25 years in the industry they make it to 3 years tops because the constant milking depletes their bodies ph and research hatcheries for your eggs male chicks get ground up alive right after birth!

As for fat giving taste you are wrong get an education! It foes however amplify taste but that is something totally different.

And again another -climate denier- of course you all all the same you believe the world is here to accommodate you - you are wrong we are here to protect our world but most of you people are selfish entitled idiots who destroy everything with no care what so ever,

Also you ignored everything else including the impact on world hunger - I thought you cared about humans or is it only white humans you care about ?

We are done here I have no time for this nonsense. enjoy your ignorance sadly others pay the price for it.

Oh cry me a river. You people have faith in nothing but your own inability to get the majority to follow your nonsensical agenda. Get back to your celery sticks and go hug a tree or something. I'm going to go eat a big T-bone steak followed by a large glass of ice cold milk. Yummo.
