How To Get Rid Of Acne

Normally when someone asks for help with acne, they get bombarded with all these skin care products that probably won’t even work because everyone is unique. so what I’m going to do is tell you how to take care of the root cause instead of the acne itself. acne is mainly caused by an imbalance of hormones, poor diet, and an overall lack of hygiene. for example, never changing pillowcases, always touching their face, etc . Anyone who has passed biology would know that carbs just get converted into sugar in the body. sugar being what makes a poor diet, one of the main causes acne. also make sure that the protein you do get is good quality too, protein is what most cells are made of. pretty much any protein from animal sources are good, avoid plant protein. I could explain the science why animal protein is superior to plant protein but just the fact that vegan athletes don’t perform as well as omnivore athletes should prove my point. Ideal macros would be 65-75% fat and 25-35% protein and do get your vitamins + minerals. many people neglect micronutrients
fasting will skyrocket the process far beyond just simple dieting. normally i follow a 18-6 fasting plan which means I fast for 18 hours and have an eating window of 6. at 12-18 hours, insulin, a hormone that causes acne, starts to decline. at 24-48 hours, autophagy, a process where the body recycles damaged cells to make new and healthy cells. it peaks at around 54-72 hours. and so what I recommend is that you skip breakfast and lunch and when you finish school/work, eat dinner. the earlier the better. this will also be your only meal of the day so make sure to get all your nutrients. then to end off the day, get a nice rest. since the real benefits start past 24 hours, do an occasional three day fast. and do not worry about muscle loss because growth hormone actually boosts up to 1300% and insulin, the hormone that is the root of so many problems, one of them being making the body use glucose and actual muscle for fuel, goes down tremendously. I got one guy hooked up on the diet with some fasting and he’s apparently been seeing gold results.
