I've been watching his videos for a couple hours and I just requested to join the group, so hopefully I'll be in soon. From watching his videos and other people who have tried this, it looks like starting off on the weekend will be my best bet. I'm going to be withdrawing from cigarettes, but I've quit quite a few times, so I'm familiar with that discomfort. However, during those withdrawals I always turn to food, so it will be interesting to see what kind of head space I end up in without that crutch.

I'm going to an event this coming weekend, but I think I'm going to go ahead and begin collecting the supplies, so I can start the following weekend. Thankfully there aren't too many items to remember lol!

Girl, YES! Hell yeah! You're a badass. Cigarettes and all. Man, you sure do become strong af and learn a lot about yourself when you have no vices to turn to and the only thing you have to turn to is yourself! Really looking forward to this deep transformation for you!
