I may have overdone it, while my motivation is still high. Im hoping to taper of amounts, but increase distances.

Im heavily substituting my usual healthy diet eith veggies. Im living off lettuce, cucumber, chicken breasts etc....

On to week 3. Lets see how i get on this week.
