Eating 2-3 cups of coffee is said to have beneficial effects for the body, such as to protect the liver. However, remember that not all types of coffee are good for the heart. There is research that says filtered coffee has a liver protective effect, while espresso coffee does not have a positive effect on health. Currently there are many studies that support the positive effects of coffee on liver health, but remember that coffee consumption is still limited, and for those who are not strong coffee then do not be forced.
