Hi guys today is friday and i have prepare some healthy foods for my family, not just healthy and its so delicious too.

KALEMBLA
ingredients
Kalembla
Oil
Salt
Tomato
Onion

Method
Wash ur kalembla n put on a colanda to drain water , in a sauce pan heat oil, then add chopped onion fry n then tomatoes n salt fry 4 a min or so then add your kalembla n cook for 5 min (maintain the green colour ). Serving suggestion nshima.
