Numbers 13:26-33.
26They came back to Moses and Aaron and the whole Israelite community at Kadesh in the Desert of Paran. There they reported to them and to the whole assembly and showed them the fruit of the land.

They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit.

NIV:But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there.
29
The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.”

Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.”
31
But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.”
32
And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size.
33
We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.” NIV.
Proverbs 23:7a says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” KJV.
Many people thoughts are directly connected to their actions, and their actions are steps taken toward failure or success. Some people are full of negative thinking, full of giving up, they never thought that they can do great things in their lives.
In the book of Numbers 13:30, Joshua and Caleb told Moles "Let us go at once, and possess it, for we are well able to overcome it. This is sound of positive minded, they spoke confidently and it lead them to success.
Also, Numbers 13:32 talked about people that came to Moses that they can't attack those people which Moses sent them and they began to spread the bad news among the Israelites. "And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size." NIV. These are voice of weakling and negative thoughts, and they already defeated themselves before taking steps.
Life is like a computer system. What you programmed into it is what it give you back unto you. Whatever you programmed into your life, year is what you shall get back at the end of the day. God as deposited many things into our lives, is now left to us to carry it out with positive minded.
