Türk arabesk müziğinin duayenlerinden, Orhan Baba olarak adlandırılan gerçek adı da Orhan Kencebay, hem besteci hem de icracı müzisyenimizdir. 4 Ağustos 1944 yılında dünyaya gelen sanatçımız, sanat hayatı boyunca kendi bestelediği yüzlerce eseri Türk müziğine kazandırmıştır. Gökhan ve Altan isimli iki çocuğu olan sanatçı Birçok filmde de başrol oynamıştır. Samsun doğumlu olan sanatçı yıllarca Sevim Emre hanımla uzun yıllar süren bir evlilik hayatı yaşamakta. Hatasız kul olmaz ve Ya evde yoksan la beraber birçok unutulmaz esere imza atan sanatçımıza hayırlı uzun ömürler dilerim.
