The APR dynamic and is based on many factors, initially, the APR was higher, but since HELIOS supply is low and apr reduced I will update the wording to say up to 20% APR. There will be more rewards coming, going to be sending out the year-end HELIOS bonuses soon to the top delegators (1000 and up) to mitigate lower APR, so there will be more coins coming beyond the daily reward for sure. Next year there will be a new coin introduced to bridge the gap.
Additionally, we did raise the burn value of Helios to compensate for any lower APR so users can make up the difference when burning. Thanks for your question, and thank you very much for delegating to @helios.voter!
