hi @chillimilli786 I am a computer technician here in the philippines and i worked as a part time graphics artist.
first the laptop specifications are average: you can use photoshop and other same softwares for graphics designing smoothly. but if you are planning to run heavy softwares for editting this will be abit slow.
advice: look up the system requirements of the software that you are going to use for referrence purposes.
