I need some suggestions about the flash audio & video problem

I don't know how to fix the problem:

Use or fix Flash audio & video
The Adobe Flash plugin lets you hear and see Flash audio and video content on Chrome on your computer.

I already downloaded the latest version of flash player but still this problem occurs
If any one has any suggestions then please help.
