I list here couple of free art programs which I use. I recommend these programs, for example, when somebody is starting to make digital art or have low budget.
⦁ FireAlpaca:
FireAlpaca have simple tools which let you draw art easily. You can customize easily your own drawing tools. Updates are free. The program is for Mac and Windows users.
⦁ Gimp:
Whether you are a photographer or illustrator, GIMP has tools to get you started. Gimp is an open-source image editor which have free updates. The program is for Mac, Linux and Windows users. Multiple language options.
⦁ Inkscape:
Inkscape is an open-source vector graphics editor which have free updates. The program is for Mac, Linux and Windows users. Multiple language options.
