"ionomy is experiencing a service provider outage, due to a failure in a the critical infrastructure of a third party. Once resolved on their end, we expect to recover full operational service within 24-48 hours."
I know what you mean. If in doubt, I always fire an email off. I looked on Twitter and I think you have to pay to message them. Anyway, hopefully it will be resolved soon.
I was thinking... How did you find where to email them? Then I googled it and got more confused. Now I'm embarrassed. I'm trying not to panic while waiting.

I did look at their Twitter page and the most recent post was a year and a half old. That wasn't very helpful.
Thank you soooo much for telling me this. I have been trying not to worry about it. I've gotten too dependent on that bit of cash for gas etc.

If you need to contact them, they will just acknowledge your query first. Later on, they will email you back with an answer.

I just looked and they're not back yet. I hope they come back soon. I don't suppose me sending an email to them would make it faster? Lol.
They said up to 48 hrs, so I've got my fingers crossed it will be soon.
