I don't know too much but I can answer some of these.
Why do you have Steem and steempower and why is there a bracket under the steem power?
Steem is the currency that you can trade on exchanges and use on other sites too, I believe https://busy.org/ and there is another one, I cant remember the name right now.
Steem Power is like your influence on steemit.com, the more your SP the more your upvotes are worth.
The brackets underneath, are steem power that has been delegated (lent out) so in your case you have delegated 72.428 STEEM to another account.
