Uploaded my first video on DTube. Yes!!!! But... I cannot play it. It doesn't run. Upload went swimmingly, so what did I do wrong here.

The same thing happened to my video. I uploaded again, thinking I had done something wrong...What was your video's file extension?
First I used .MOV, then I tried again with .AVI. On both accounts: nada!
Not sure why this is. Did you manage to get your video "going"?
