Want to potentially move some Steem to Hive, what currently are the options for exchanges?
Also any offering a direct Pairing for Steem/Hive? That would be a fun one to trade.

The easiest way is to send STEEM to Steem-engine, trade it for HIVEP and withdraw it.
PS: If you use https://beeswap.dcity.io to Deposit STEEM and Withdraw HIVEP, you save a lot on fees.
So I assume the reverse is true for turning Hive into Steem, steem-engine is the easiest way currently. That kind of sucks as I withdrew a couple hundred steem from steem-engine just yesterday...lol.

Honestly don't like that it's not traded anywhere. That makes Hive less likely to survive long term.
Hive is being traded in a lot of Exchanges.
Steem has been the problem as its deposits and withdrawals were blocked from every major Exchange in recent weeks. I think Binance is back open.
Ditto to everything @trincowski said. Steem Engine has been my easiest conversion route, and Hive trading/support on exchanges has been robust, it's the Steem wallets making it difficult to convert out.
