It's called your rep...basically your popularity .congratualtions on moving up :)

That is your reputation score. From what I can understand it has to do with you many upvotes your get from your posts and comments.

If someone keeps spamming or their posts gets flagged for doing stuff against the terms and agreements then their reputation will drop.

The lower your reputation goes, the less likely people will be willing following you.
