If you follow the link irelandscape gave you it will take you to the Fundition site. Here you can log in via Steemconnect and start a "new project". You will be the "founder" for that project, from what I can tell.
Sorry, I can't tell you any more than that as I haven't tried setting up a project, but they should be straight forward.
