There is change to inflation - HBD held by DHF does not count towards total supply that is used to calculate how much new HIVE to print each block. Effectively it means lower inflation, but it also means lower rewards (all rewards, not just for posts). I'm not sure how big the difference is though.

I believe that is 26% reduction :)
Needless to say we've had quite an increase creeping up lately so it's going to feel like a sharp reduction when in reality it is a much smaller fix.
For example witness block rewards went down to 1.381 from 1.864 per block with is around 26%
