Everyone has a different value of RC due to SP staking amount. Hence per vote will utilize a portion of RC. All you gotta do is, make 1 dull upvote and check back your Voting Mana, per full upvote for 1000sp holder drops about 0.7% as at current rate. So, as long my daily budget of 10% improve on voting power, I can easily spend another 10% on spam voting others. The problem is commenting. As it takes 4x more resource to make a post or comment. Hence nowadays whenever I decided to reply, I will make sure wall of text goes out.
